If you’re looking to find people, then Google is the place to be. Through a mix of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), or natural search, and PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising, you will be in a good position to blend these marketing channels with your existing marketing mix.

A few quick caveats, though. A Google AdWords campaign is a living, breathing marketing program. You need to grow it for success, and then nurture it along the way. Additionally, you need to support it with a keyword-driven Web site with usable, focused content.

Also, a well-planned creation of a PPC campaign will save you time and money down the road, as will an experienced manager to oversee the campaign.
